Our flights arrive into Canberra where we board our luxury 'Diamond Class' coach, then traverse through the capital city, enjoying a drive-by tour of Canberra's International Embassies and High Commissions. The journey takes us to Jamala Wildlife Lodge, where an 'out of Africa' experience awaits. At uShaka Lodge, we enjoy a private guided tour of the zoo, unveiling the wonders of the animal kingdom. Luxuriate in 5-star themed accommodations, choosing from the opulence of Jungle Bungalows, the elevated charm of Giraffe Treehouses, or the elegance of uShaka Lodge. This morning we make our way to the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift for a different kind of ascent. As you ride the Thredbo lift soak up the stunning mountain views. Here we embark on an optional self guided walk to Mount Kosciuszko Lookout, a grade 2 hike, being a gentle walk with a distance of 4km return. We take a seat at Eagles Nest Restaurant, perched high above, and enjoy a delicious lunch while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Kosciuszko. After lunch, we have fun riding the 1.5km long Alpine Coaster. From leisure cruisers to thrill-seekers, riders can control their speed of up to 40km/h, travelling along a mix of uphill and downhill tracks. Riders wind their way down through a tunnel and over bridges while taking in the stunning alpine environment.
Merry Christmas! This morning we will gather for a special Fun Over 50 Holidays Christmas message with your crew. Enjoy breakfast before choosing a morning at your leisure or joining your host for the grade 2 Pipeline Path walk, a perfect 3km round trip for those looking for a relaxing stroll through the forest and along the Snowmakers Pond. Our coach tours have a baggage restriction of 17kg per person (regardless of flight and rail allowances) due to our Occupational Health & Safety standards. You can also bring one small, soft carry-on bag not exceeding 30cm wide, 30cm high, and 15cm thick that may be stowed in the overhead compartment.

Our Gold Class coaches have a seat capacity of between 44 and 46, but we cap Gold Class tours at 40 guests per tour. Our Diamond Class tours have a capacity of just 26 guests.
